Starting a fundraising page is easy! By collecting online donations, you can make a real difference in the fight against pediatric cancer and blood disorders.
Fundraising as a team gives your friends and family the ability to fundraise together. They will also be able to create their own fundraising page alongside yours so you can reach your goals as a team.

We are touched by the heartfelt kindness and thoughtfulness of our community in helping to spread joy to hundreds of pediatric cancer and blood disorder patients across Western New York.
Through an Amazon Wish List we compile on behalf of the pediatric clinic, you can contribute toward the comfort of our patients and their families. Whether it’s a popular toy or a snack, these items are greatly appreciated by our patients and families during long treatment days
In addition to our Amazon registry, please consider purchasing a gift card as part of your donation for those Courage of Carly Fund members who love to shop for themselves. On average, between 50-60% of our members have asked for a gift card as their wish list item. Some great ideas for gift cards for our members include Amazon, Target, Walmart, Bath & Body Works, GameStop and specific gaming system gift cards. We greatly appreciate gift card values that are in increments of $5 up to a maximum of $25 per gift card.
In order to safeguard our members’ health, all donations must be brand new, odor-free, in original packaging and purchased within the last 3 to 6 months. Stuffed animals and plush toys are only accepted when mailed directly from the manufacturer to Courage of Carly Fund.
There are certain items we cannot accept, these include: handmade items, oversized toys such as ride-on vehicles, items containing latex, remote- or radio-controlled toys, gift wrapped items, religious themed items or messages, medical supplies or equipment.
Space in the clinic to store all the wonderful toys is at a premium; as such we kindly recommend holding a “Gift Card” drive, instead of a traditional toy drive whenever possible. Gift cards allow us to maximize your gift to our patients because they provide our staff with the flexibility to make “on-demand” toy purchases or allow patients to have some freedom in their decision making during a time when most decisions are out of their control.
Our most popular gift card requests include Target, Walmart, Tim Hortons, Gaming System Credits and Amazon
Due to current hospital safety guidelines, in-person donations are currently limited. Please reach out to courageofcarlyfund@roswellpark.org or 716-845-4100 to schedule your potential donation drop-off.
Items not purchased from the Amazon Wish List may be sent to:
